Within California:

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Eligibility:
1. Once you receive your return approval, returns must be dropped off within 3 days of the email sent in order for them to be accepted.
2. Items returned without prior authorization or those not received within one week of approval will not be accepted.
3. Orders over $1000 that are returned are subject to a restocking fee.
Return shipping is free with store credit or exchange option.
Refunds: $9 return label fee deducted
