SHIPPING
Within California:
Delivery: 2–4 business days

Shipping cost: $20 flat rate
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

RETURNS
Items are returnable for 7 days from day of delivery to original form of payment. We also offer Free exchange and Free store credit options.

Returnable Items for Refund:
Returnable items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment. When shipping a return by mail, please follow these guidelines:
- A return form must be filled before mailing out to us.
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, warranty cards, accessories, and dust bags.
- Orders over $1,000 are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Any additional promotional codes used (promotional sales) are eligible for store credit or are final sale depending on the code used at the time.
Any items that are marked FINAL SALE on the product description are not returnable or exchangeable.
ALL END OF SEASON SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE.
Note: Your return must be scanned by the mail carrier within 5 days of your return being approved, or it will not be accepted.
Checkout+
Checkout+ is an optional add-on offered at checkout for a small one-time fee. When you add Checkout+ to your order, your return shipping is covered — meaning you can return or exchange eligible items with a free prepaid return label, including on refunds (no $9 label fee deducted).
