You have two ways to make a return:
1. Choose store credit and receive a FREE shipping label.
2. Choose refund (if your item qualifies for a refund) and receive return label. Return cost is deducted from your refund.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
Refund: All items marked up to 50% off are eligible for a refund within 7 days upon receipt. This includes coupon codes/promotional discounts.
Exchange/Credit: All items marked 50% off the original price or greater are eligible for EXCHANGE only or STORE CREDIT within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Note: All items are reviewed by our customer service team for signs of wear. Any item that has any sign of wear will be rejected and the customer will be charged for the return label.
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you want a different size or color, send back your order for a refund, and make a new order. If you used a discount code and would like a different size or color, please email us at shopmoddo@gmail.com to honor the discount.
Are there any charges for return?
- For a prepaid return label there is a $8 charge.
- If you opt for store credit, return label is FREE!
How soon will I get my credit/ exchange?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether it was approved or not.
- If you are approved, then we will either issue you a store credit that does not expire or an exchange for your item, based on your selection.
Items that were eligible for a refund will be refunded to the original form of payment.
